A top-floor loft for families: open living under exposed beams, plus an adventure gallery that only the children get to climb.
59 square metres under the roof, laid out openly between exposed spruce beams and a solid timber post that divides the room without closing it. A row of windows pulls in the evening sun, and the west balcony looks over meadows and barns into the valley.
The heart of it for families is the gallery: up a black steel ladder with wooden rungs, the children climb into a play space of their own, secured with a rope net. Sleeping happens below — a Swiss-pine double bed and a sofa bed for up to four guests.
